We are unable to process returns or exchanges at this time. If you're really in a pickle, email us and we can figure something out.
Damaged Items / Incorrect Order
If an item arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged item AND your order number. It may be possible to request a refund or request a reshipment of the damaged item.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please send us a picture AND your order number. We will confirm with our shipping team and send you the correct item. If the item is out of stock, let us know if you would like a different item or a refund.
If your tracking number isn't being updated and your shipment is lost in a great abyss, please send us an email and our customer service team will try to track down the parcel. If we determine the item was lost, you can request a refund or reshipment (in that case, please triple confirm over email that the address on file is correct!).
